Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and the European Union.
Free Shipping (UK & EU)

• We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom and the European Union.
• The price you see at checkout is the final price. All applicable taxes, including import duties and VAT, are already included, so there will be no surprise charges upon delivery.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows: 
o United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
o European Union: 3-7 business days - please note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific country within the EU.
• Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service issues, customs procedures (though taxes are pre-paid), or unforeseen circumstances.   
Order Tracking
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website, where you can track the progress of your delivery. 

Shipping to Other Destinations
• At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom and the European Union. We do not currently ship to other international destinations. We will update our policy if this changes in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages
• In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage.
• We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
• Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.   
• If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it if your order has not yet been shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change.
