Thank you for shopping with Gucciana Vintage. We take great pride in offering authentic pre-loved Gucci bags and other items. Due to the nature of vintage items, please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Policy:
· Authenticity Guarantee: All pre-loved Gucci items have been authenticated and come with a lifetime authenticity guarantee. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be a counterfeit by the manufacturer or a trusted authentication service, you will be entitled to a full refund. To make a claim under the authenticity guarantee, you will need to provide a report from the manufacturer or a recognised authentication service confirming the item's inauthenticity.
· "As Is" Sale: All items are sold "as is." We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of our items, including any noticeable flaws or signs of wear. Please review the item description and photographs carefully, and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
· 48-Hour Return Window for Unwanted Items: We offer a 48-hour return window for unwanted items. Please see the "Returns for Unwanted Items" section below for specific conditions.
· By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read the item description and are aware of its pre-hand condition.
Returns for Unwanted Items
· You may return unwanted items within 48 hours of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).
· To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Specifically, the security tag must be attached and untampered with. Items returned without the original packaging or with a missing or tampered security tag will not be eligible for a refund.
· The cost of return shipping for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Misrepresented Items:
· In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged during transit, or if there is a significant discrepancy between the item description and the item you received, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order.
· You will need to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or the misrepresentation.
· If we determine that the damage occurred during transit or that the item was significantly misrepresented, we will offer a suitable resolution. This may include:
o Repair of the item (if feasible)
o A partial refund, or
o A full refund
The specific resolution will be determined by Gucciana Vintage at our discretion, taking into account the nature and extent of the damage or misrepresentation. Return of the item may be required in these circumstances, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Exclusions:
· Minor signs of wear consistent with the age and pre-loved nature of the item (e.g., slight scuffs, minor discoloration) are not considered grounds for a refund or return.
· Variations in colour due to monitor settings are not considered misrepresentation.
· Any damage, alteration, or repairs made to the item by the customer after purchase will void any return claim.
How to Initiate a Claim:
· To initiate a claim for a damaged or misrepresented item, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photographic evidence if necessary.
· To initiate a return for an unwanted item, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Your Statutory Rights:
· Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This includes your right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
